Guiding Students to UK Higher Education: Presented by British Council & UK Visa Immigration
Education agents and counsellors play a critical role in supporting international students on their journey to the UK, ensuring they have an outstanding international student experience. The British Council is committed to working with education agents and counsellors to maintain and improve the quality of this experience. In collaboration with sector partners such as the British Universities' International Liaison Association (BUILA), Universities UK, UK Council for International Student Affairs (UKCISA), Association of Colleges, Council of British International Schools (COBIS), and English UK, we have created a suite of resources designed specifically for you as education agents and counsellors.
This webinar marks our first MENA-wide engagement with agents and counsellors advising students on university enrolment. The webinar is in collaboration with several UK higher education sector bodies featuring:
- A brief overview of the Agents & Counsellors Hub and the pathway to becoming a UK certified agent/counsellor as well as update on new employability module.
- The Agent Quality Framework (AQF) and information about universities that have joined the pledge.
- UCAS presentation on Undergraduate cycle & trends.
- UKVI presentation on student journey, followed by a Q&A session.
