CIPS holds exams in international centres three times a year, May, July and November.  For each of our qualifications you are required to complete five units. You will be required to join CIPS as a Student Member before you can enter for an exam.

Alternatively, you can visit the CIPS website, select your country of residence from the list, download the relevant application form and send a completed copy to CIPS. Address and contact details are available on the form.

On successful completion of the Diploma, Advanced and Professional diplomas and in conjunction with three years' experience in a role of responsibility in procurement and supply, you may apply for full membership of CIPS to use the designatory letters, MCIPS

Register and pay for memberships and exams

Please note: If your membership has lapsed for three months or more you will be charged a re-joining fee of £35

Special arrangements

If you have any special needs, please get in touch with us at least eight weeks before submitting your application by emailing information@britishcouncil.org.eg. You should include any supporting documents, such as a medical certificate, with your exam registration paperwork.

You can take your exam in the British Council offices in Cairo and Alexandria.
